Kabupaten Mesuji,Provinsi Lampung ke Polda Lampung serta instansi terkait.
Ketum PWDPI, M. Nurullah mengatakan dasar pelaporan tersebut adalah atas dasar kuasa dari sejumlah warga Mesuji yang mengaku lahan sawah milik mereka diduga kuat telah diserobot dan dikuasai oleh Hamka.
“Iya kami dalam waktu dekat akan melaporkan saudara Hamka warga Mesuji keaparat penegak hukum atas dasar kuasa dari para korban,”tegas Nurullah Ketum PWDPI pada Senin (6/1/2025) saat usai mennyambangi Kantor Kepresidenan di Jakarta.
Ketum PWDPI mengatakan pihaknya sudah mengirim surat somasi kepada Hamka dan memberikan waktu selama tujuh hari agar mengosongkan lokasi tersebut dan menyerahkan lahan sawah milik sejumlah warga yang diserobotnya.
“Jika terhitung selama tujuh hari, saudara Hamka tidak mennyerahkan lahan tersebut terhitung limit waktu Tanggal 10 Januari 2025 ini maka saya akan segera laporkan persoalan ini ke Polda Lampung serta dinas terkait,”tegas Nurullah.
Nurullah menjelaskan, tanah yang diserobot Hamka itu sudah bersertifikat resmi dari Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) kabupaten setempat.
“Kok bisa Hannya dasar tanah nenek moyang saudara Hamka merampas lahan sawah milik warga yang sudah bersertifikat dengan mm odal sok jago. Menurut informasi bukan Hannya klain kami, masih bannyak warga lain yang dirampas tanahnya,”pungkas Ketum PWDPI (Tim).
